User Login
To log in into the platform, do these steps:
- Visit https://floportal.flolive.net to display the login screen.
- Enter your email and password.
- Click Sign in to display the My Account dashboard (refer to My Dashboard).
NOTE: Click Reset Credentials in login screen to reset the password.
Terms of Service
When you login to the system for the first time you must accept the Terms of Use of Service agreement.
To accept the Terms of Service agreement, do these steps:
- Go to the system Login screen.
- Click I Accept to agree to the terms of service.
- To save a PDF version of the Terms of Use of Service agreement on your computer click Download (optional).

Set Language
To set the language of the user interface, do the steps:
- Go to the top bar and click your User ID. to display the menu options.
- Select Languages to display a list of available languages.
- Select a Language to update the homepage.
Session Timeout
The CMP system automatically enforces session timeouts under these conditions:
- Remember Me: Session expires after 3 days of inactivity and have a 3-day maximum lifetime.
- Without Remember Me: Session expires after 1 hour of inactivity (idle timeout) and at 10 hours total (maximum lifetime).
System Logout
To log out of the system, do these steps:
- Go to the top bar and click your User ID.
- Click Log out when the drop-down menu is displayed.
Reset Credentials
To reset you credentials for system login, do these steps:
- Go to the system Login screen.
- Click Reset Credentials and enter your email address.
- To reset your credentials, follow the instructions sent to your email inbox.
NOTE: Make sure your password adheres to the Password Policy Guidelines described in this section.
Password Policy
We recommend you create a strong and unique password based on these requirements:
- At least 8 character long.
- Include at least 1 uppercase letter
- Include at least one lowercase letter
- Include at least 1 special character.
